Brattle Principals Bruce Tsuchida and Johannes Pfeifenberger and Electricity Modeling Specialist Oleksandr (Sasha) Kuzura will speak at the Energy Systems Integration Group (ESIG) Fall Technical Workshop on October 27 and 29.

Mr. Tsuchida and Mr. Kuzura will serve as Chair and Co-Chair, respectively, of the “System Planning Considerations for High VRE Penetration” session, which will take place October 27 at 11:00 a.m. (PT) / 2:00 p.m. (ET). The session will address the integration of renewables in India, the provision of grid services from wind plants, and the reduction of GHG emissions in California.

Mr. Pfeifenberger will discuss offshore transmission in New England and the benefits of a better planned grid during the “Offshore Wind Developments” session, which will take place October 29 at 11:00 a.m. (PT) / 2:00 p.m. (ET).
