Brattle Principals Jurgen Weiss and Agustin J. Ros will speak at the Harvard Electricity Policy Group (HEPG) 95th Plenary Session, to be held June 13-14 in Cambridge, MA.

Dr. Weiss will speak on the panel “More Renewables, Less Carbon: How Fast, How Far, and at What Cost?” The panel will discuss important questions regarding the cost, constraints, and assumptions about the plans proposed for carbon reduction and the deployment of renewable energy.

Dr. Ros will speak on the panel “Volumetric Residential Rates: Socially Progressive or Regressive.” The panel will discuss the disconnect between how costs are incurred in serving residential load and how those costs are passed on to consumers.
