Brattle Senior Associate Michael Hagerty will speak at the Law Seminars International (LSI) 6th Annual Conference on Transmission and Clean Energy in the Northeast, to be held March 21-22 in Boston, MA.

The event will address the challenges of clean power development and the role of transmission in an era of increasingly decentralized, decarbonized generation.

Mr. Hagerty will speak on the panel “Clean Energy Development: Distributed Generation, Storage, and Impacts on the Grid.” The panel will provide an update on rate proceedings and outcomes in New England and discuss the interplay between distributed generation and high-voltage transmission.
