Brattle Principal Samuel Newell will speak at the Energy Bar Association’s (EBA) Energizer, “Pricing Carbon in Energy Markets,” to be held June 5, 2018 from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm in Washington, D.C.

Dr. Newell will be a panelist in the program that will explore carbon pricing, statutory interpretations, leakage mechanisms, and interaction with state and regional policies.
