Brattle Principal Bin Zhou and Senior Associate Christine Polek will participate in the 9th Annual National Association for Business Economics (NABE) Transfer Pricing Symposium, to be held July 16–18 in Washington, DC.

The event will gather industry professionals to discuss the most relevant topics in the field of transfer pricing, including the economics of transfer pricing and the latest technical thinking.

Dr. Zhou will participate in the “TP Challenge” session on Wednesday, July 17. Using a defined example of a hypothetical company with hypothetical numbers, participants will be challenged to prepare a proposal to attribute income to marketing intangibles per the OECD Discussion Document. Dr. Polek will speak on the panel titled “Implications for Economic Analysis of Controlled Transactions from Recent Developments in TP Litigation,” on Thursday, July 18.
