Mr. Wagner is an economist specializing in mergers and antitrust matters.

He has extensive experience consulting on issues of class certification, liability, and damages in antitrust cases involving alleged price-fixing and collusion. Mr. Wagner’s work focuses on applied econometrics, specifically in performing complex analyses of large datasets and developing damages models. He also provides consulting services on the merger review processes of enforcement agencies.

Mr. Wagner has consulted across a wide range of industries, including transportation, healthcare, telecommunications, consumer packaged goods and electonics, retail stores, and aviation. He has supported experts in numerous large-scale price-fixing litigations, providing deposition and trial support.

Prior to joining Brattle, Mr. Wagner was a Senior Vice President at an international economics consulting firm. He has been published in the Journal of Urban Economics.
