Brattle Principal Konstantin Ebinger and Academic Advisor Kai-Uwe Kühn will join the Global Competition Review’s “GCR Connect: Germany” event on May 20.

Mr. Ebinger will moderate the panel “Trends in Collective Damages Litigation,” which will take place from 11:15 a.m.–12:00 p.m. (CET). In their discussion of collective damages actions, which continue to grow in Germany, the panel will identify key developments, including recently rejected claims and how they affect the progress of other potential cases. The panel will also investigate how aligned federal and regional courts are, and what assumptions can be made about the success of cases depending on their forum.

Professor Kühn, co-chair of the event, will give the opening and closing remarks.
