Brattle Academic Advisor Kai-Uwe Kühn spoke at a Center for Strategic & International Studies (CSIS) online webinar, “Regulating for European Tech Sovereignty,” on Tuesday, November 10.

In early 2020, the European Commission released several papers regarding Europe’s regulatory future, related to achieving “digital autonomy” and “tech sovereignty” through various regulatory and tax changes. As part of an ongoing project related to this, the CSIS webinar aimed to discuss the impact of these European regulatory proposals on Europe- and US-based businesses.

The webinar recording is available on the CSIS website.
