Brattle to Sponsor and Brattle Experts to Speak at Fordham Competition Law Institute Annual Conference

Brattle Director of Global Development James Keyte will moderate panels and Brattle will be a sponsor at the Fordham Competition Law Institute (FCLI) 47th Annual Conference on International Antitrust Law and Policy, which will take place virtually October 7–9.

Mr. Keyte will give the opening and closing remarks each day of the conference. He will also moderate the “Heads of Authority Workshop,” on Tuesday, October 7, at 11:15 a.m. (ET) and the “Plenary Networking Event and Fireside Chat,” on Thursday, October 9 at 10:00 a.m. (ET).

Brattle will host the two afternoon Antitrust Economics Workshops on Tuesday, October 7. Principal Renée Duplantis will moderate, and Principals Konstantin Ebinger and Loren Smith will speak on the first panel, “Econometrics and Modeling for Mergers, Globally,” at 12:30 p.m. (ET). Principal Michael Cragg will moderate, and Principal Rosa Abrantes-Metz and Academic Advisor Kai-Uwe Kühn will speak on the second panel, “Understanding Network Effects in the Platform Context,” at 1:20 p.m. (ET).
