Michael Cragg to Moderate a Panel on Antitrust in Multisided Platforms at CPI Livestream Conference

Brattle Principal and Chairman Michael Cragg will moderate a panel and give the closing remarks at the Competition Policy International (CPI) Antitrust Analysis of Platform Markets: Beyond American Express Livestream Conference, which will take place March 30 from 2:30–5:15 p.m. (ET).

The livestream conference will focus on the key issues posed by multisided platforms in antitrust cases following the US Supreme Court’s seminal decision in Ohio v. American Express. Dr. Cragg will moderate the panel “Assessing Anticompetitive Effects and Procompetitive Justifications in Multisided Platforms.” In addition, the event speakers consist of luminaries in the antitrust space, including Joseph E. Stiglitz, a recipient of the Nobel Prize in Economics Science and a professor at Columbia University.
