Brattle Director of Global Development James Keyte and Brattle Principal Michael Cragg will speak at the Concurrences and Morgan Lewis “Antitrust in the Financial Sector: Hot Issues & Global Perspectives” conference, to be held May 1 in New York, NY.

The event aims at analyzing and discussing critical issues in the financial sector, such as increased scrutiny by antitrust authorities in the U.S., Europe, and Asia, and the increasing growth of different payment systems on a global scale.

Mr. Keyte, who also serves as Director of the Fordham Competition Law Institute, will give the welcome remarks along with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius Partner Richard Taffet. He will also moderate the panel “Lending Syndicates Coordination: What is the Antitrust Risk?” Dr. Cragg will speak on the panel “Funds and Exchanges Collaboration: What are the Limits?”
