Brattle Principal Renée Duplantis will speak at the Canadian Bar Association (CBA) and Competition Bureau Economist Roundtable meetings, to be held May 30 in Toronto.

The event will be the sixth annual Roundtable with the Competition Bureau’s economists hosted by the CBA Competition Law Section Economics and Law Committee.

Dr. Duplantis will speak on the panel “Competition Issues Involving Vertical Unilateral Conduct.” The panel will discuss unilateral conduct cases where a firm is dominant in one market but where the conduct allegedly causes an SPC/SLC in another market.
