Brattle Senior Associate Jeremy Verlinda will present at the American Bar Association’s (ABA) “Energy and Antitrust Fundamentals” talk to be held June 11, 2018 in Washington, D.C. The event will focus on the intersection of antitrust and regulation in the energy industry.

Dr. Verlinda will be part of a panel discussing how the DOJ, FTC, FERC, and private parties navigate issues at this intersection, including merger review, state action immunity, market manipulation, and other conduct cases. The panel discussion will begin at 5:30 pm ET and can be attended in person or by teleconference.
