Michael Cragg to Present at NYSBA’s Antitrust Section Class Action Committee Meeting

Brattle Principal and Chairman Michael Cragg will present during the New York State Bar Association’s (NYSBA) Antitrust Section Class Action Committee Meeting, “Platform Issues in Class Actions – Multiple Dimensions of Economic Evidence and Analysis,” taking place May 30, 2018 in New York, NY.

The event will discuss how class certification could become overly complicated when the full range of issues with platform economics and two-sidedness is considered. Dr. Cragg will discuss some of the complexities with observations about recent matters.
