Joshua Gans to Present on Pricing Algorithms and the Potential for Collusion at the ABA Antitrust Section Spring Meeting

Brattle Academic Advisor Joshua Gans will speak at the annual American Bar Association (ABA) Antitrust Section Spring Meeting, taking place April 11-13, 2018 in Washington, DC.

Dr. Gans will participate in the session entitled, “Price-Bots: Are R2D2 and C3PO Tacitly Colluding?” addressing the potential for antitrust liability to arise from the use of pricing algorithms and other technologies. The panelists and audience members will also participate in an interactive pricing exercise.
