Brattle Principal Lisa Cameron will present during an American Bar Association (ABA) virtual regional CLE program on “Women in Products Liability,” which will take place on October 22 at 9:00 a.m. (PT) / 12:00 p.m. (ET).

The half-day program will address issues currently impacting product liability attorneys. The panelists will discuss damages in consumer class actions, product liability and COVID-19, and ethical obligations to address implicit bias. Dr. Cameron will speak on “Benefit of the Bargain – Damages in Consumer Class Actions.” She will discuss the economics of price premium damages in false advertising and product liability cases.
