Ryan Leary Presented at DebtCon3

Brattle Associate Ryan Leary spoke at the Third Interdisciplinary Sovereign Debt Research and Management Conference, DebtCon3, which was held April 11-12 at Georgetown Law in Washington, DC.

The event gathered scholars and practitioners from around the world to discuss urgent debt policy problems.

Dr. Leary spoke on the panel “Sub-Sovereign Debt, Quasi Sovereign Problems.” He led the discussion on the panel topic “Contract Provisions, Default Risk, and Bond Prices: Evidence from Puerto Rico.”
