Brattle Associate Ian Cass will discuss dynamic efficiencies in merger cases during the Canadian Bar Association (CBA) Competition Law Section’s teleconference, “Non-Price Effects and Dynamic Efficiencies: The Rise of Qualitative Analysis,” which will be held December 11 from 12:00–1:00 p.m. (ET).

Mr. Cass will speak on the more substantial role that dynamic efficiencies are beginning to play in the use of the efficiencies defense in merger cases. He will discuss identifying and analyzing dynamic efficiencies and attempts to quantify them.
